Community Health Training

Wayo Wayo Kibra is excited to introduce the Wayo Wayo Kibra Community Health Workers. Through the leadership of Dr. Asman Awadh, Sub-county Medical Officer of Health in Langata Kibera and Wycliffe Ogenya, Sub-county Community Strategy Coordinator, 25 Wayo Wayo Kibra members received a 10-day community health training. In partnership with the Ministry of Health, Sub-county office, the team will be tasked with supporting the community on various health issues. The goal is to create job opportunities for former and current youth soccer players in the Kibra community.
